The Challenge

Top Business Class sells discounted business and first-class tickets that can only be purchased by speaking directly with a representative. The brand needed a way to significantly increase inbound calls from high-intent travelers while keeping acquisition costs efficient.


The Approach

We tested Meta’s new call extension ads in an A/B setup against the brand’s standard campaign structure.

When a user tapped the ad, it opened the mobile site, allowing them to:

  1. Browse available offers

  2. Fill out a lead form

  3. Tap “Get Quote” to speak directly with an agent and complete the booking over the phone

The campaign ran exclusively in the mobile Facebook Feed placement to reach users in moments when calling was most convenient.


The Results

A Meta conversion lift study showed that adding call extension ads to the existing campaign setup delivered:

  • +22% increase in qualified lead volume
  • 24% lower cost per incremental qualified lead
